"They handled my diet requests really well"
I was a little worried about finding something that fit my diet, but the options were actually decent. I found a meal that worked for me without having to overthink it, which felt like a small win.

"Huge portions, and honestly it’s their fault I overate"
The plates were seriously massive for the price. I went in planning to eat a normal amount, but of course they piled on so much food that I couldn’t stop picking at it. I’m blaming them for me being stuffed, but at least I had plenty left for lunch the next day.

"Friendly staff, but a bit disappointing overall"
The staff were really nice and seemed friendly, which I appreciated. But the service was slower than I expected, and I had to ask twice for the same thing, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of disappointing and average overall.

"Showed up quicker than I thought"
Ordered from Maria’s Italian Kitchen. the delivery was faster than I expected. Food was still warm too, which was nice. Driver found my place with no problem. The only thing was the tracking — kind of vague, not super helpful. But overall, yeah, quick delivery. I’d give it 4 stars.

"The food was alright, but the prices..."
The food was alright, but the prices felt a little high for what it was. Once I added a drink and tax, the total ended up being more than I expected for a casual meal. I know prices are up everywhere, but this felt a bit overpriced. It’s not terrible, but for me it’s kind of hit or miss depending on what you order.

"Tasted Like a Little Piece of Italy"
I ordered from Maria’s Italian Kitchen it really hit the spot. The pasta tasted fresh, and the sauce had that homemade Italian feel, rich and comforting without being too heavy or artificial. The pizza was simple, but in the best way, with really good flavor. It reminded me how good food doesn’t have to be fancy to feel special. Sometimes a meal just makes your day feel a little warmer, and this definitely did. I’d happily order again.

"Easy office lunch and really good chicken parm"
We ordered Maria’s Italian Kitchen for a small office lunch and it was just really easy, which I appreciated. The food arrived on time, the pasta was still hot, and there was more than enough for everyone. The chicken parmesan disappeared the fastest, so I’d say that was the clear favorite. Random detail I remember: someone had brought a tiny cactus to the conference table that day and it ended up sitting next to the trays like it was part of the setup. Anyway, we’d definitely order from them again.

"Fresh salads and solid sides"
I ordered from Maria’s Italian Kitchen when I was feeling kind of pressured to grab something quick but still wanted it to be fresh. I mostly got salads and a few sides, and the chopped salad was really good, fresh, plenty of toppings, and the dressing wasn’t too heavy, which I appreciated.
The garlic bread was tasty, and the side of veggies was cooked well, not mushy at all. I’m giving 4 stars because the salad could’ve used a little more chicken for the price, but overall it was a solid order and I’d probably get it again.

"I wanted to like the place, but..."
I wanted to like the place, but it felt cramped inside and the noise level was a lot. Between the music and all the sounds coming from the kitchen, I could barely hold a normal conversation. Maybe they keep it loud on purpose to make it feel more lively, but it just made the whole experience kind of stressful instead of relaxing

"Ordering was easy enough"
The website was straightforward to use and the menu loaded without any issues. Checkout was a bit slower than I thought it would be, but it went through in the end. I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I actually get the order, but the ordering part was mostly fine

"Support sorted out my missing item"
Part of my order was missing, which was annoying at first, but support handled it quickly. They basically said something like, “Sorry about that, we’ll get this fixed for you,” and then followed through without a lot of back and forth. The food I did get was still really good, so overall it turned out fine.

The place is super clean when we went in. The tables, floor, and even the bathroom all looks like they were taken care of. It made eating there feel easy and comfortable.

"Solid Every Time, No Fuss"
I’ve been to Maria’s Italian Kitchen a bunch of times now, and it’s been reliable every visit. I don’t have a lot of patience for places that are great one day and a mess the next, so I appreciate that the food comes out hot, the portions are solid, and the staff is usually friendly without making it a whole thing. I like knowing what I’m getting when I order, and so far I haven’t had a bad meal here

"Helpful service, even though my order was a hassle"
I had to call because there was an issue with my order, and I was already a little annoyed because dealing with order problems is never fun. The person who helped me was really nice though, and they fixed it fast. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I appreciated, because I really don’t like when you call about an order issue and they act like you’re bothering them. Still, I wish I hadn’t had to call in the first place, and I wish the order had just gone smoothly from the start. But the customer service was good, and I’d probably order again

I ordered pickup from Maria’s Italian Kitchen, and overall it was okay. The food was ready close to the time they gave me, though I still ended up standing at the counter for a few minutes, which isn’t the end of the world.
The staff was friendly enough, but they seemed busy and a bit all over the place. I get that things get hectic, but you’d think pickup would be straightforward. Not a bad experience, just not especially smooth. I’d probably do it again if I was already nearby

"That sauce did its job"
Got pasta from Maria’s Italian Kitchen the sauce was the part I kept going back for. It had a solid tomato flavor, wasn’t overly sweet, and there was just enough garlic to make it interesting. I wouldn’t have minded a little more seasoning, but the plate was pretty much handled by the time I thought about that. I’d order it again

"Decent pasta. Nothing crazy."
Tried the pasta from Maria’s Italian Kitchen. It was okay. Not bad, just kind of average. Sauce had a decent taste. Pasta was a little too soft for me though. Not really al dente. I expected a bit more flavor. Maybe I’d try it again.
